Nina’s Chocolates' extensive range of award-winning chocolates are sold at their retail store in Gymea. These are also sold through many wholesale accounts throughout Australia including major retailers, numerous chocolate specialty stores, leading hotels, restaurants, caterers and corporate clients.
Bomb range
A range of smooth soft fresh cream ganache centres, coupled with a liquid caramel sauce that compliments the fruit or liqueur based flavours. These are encased in a dome shell of tastefully decorated chocolate.
Cup Range
Moulded chocolate cups filled with either beautifully flavoured fresh cream ganaches; or nut based pralines such as hazelnut and walnut; or soft fondant cream centres.
Laid Out/Piped Chocolate Range
A comprehensive range of fresh cream and butter ganaches, pralines, caramelised nut clusters, nougat, fudges, glace fruits and even exotic flavoured centres such as chilli, are covered in milk, white and dark chocolate.
Moulded Range
A range of soft fresh cream ganache centres, fruit based fondant creams and fruit liqueurs (eg plum) are encased in milk, white and dark chocolate.
Truffle Range
A range of fresh cream ganache centres as well as a range of liquid caramel based liqueur centres are piped into round truffle shells and covered in milk, white and dark chocolate.
Animal Range
A range of hand piped animal shaped butter ganaches. Moulded caramelised macadamia and nougat filled animals are also part of this range.
Assorted Range
An extensive range including coconut roughs, fairy buttons, fruit and nut clusters, gourmet rocky road, thin slabs of chocolates containing different types of nuts, turkish delight and flavoured chocolate discs.
