Purchasing from Nina’s chocolates has never been easier, with our new & improved website all you need to do is go through the products that interest you & add them to your shopping cart then checkout with our easy payment options which include PayPal & all major credit cards.

Ordering Issues

If you have issues checking out with Nina’s please do not hesitate to email info@ninaschocolates.com.au.

If you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately & we will assist you in editing the order. Please note that we cannot make changes to orders that have already left our premises. 

Delivery

Nina’s Chocolates uses a flat rate shipping of $15 for all orders. Please ensure the correct address is given and that someone will be at the address of delivery. If no one is at the address when the package is delivered, a re-delivery fee will be incurred.

Nina’s products are packed to order. Please see the table below which outlines the day for dispatch upon recieving your order. Delivery times vary according to your location and can vary from 1-7 days.

Nina's chocolates uses Australia post express post service for MOST deliveries which means 80% of locations in Australia will receive next business day delivery. Locations not covered by Australia posts Express post service or ordering in large quantities may see delays of up to but not limited to 7 Business days. To see if you are eligible for next day delivery check your postcode here.

Faulty Products & Returns

PLEASE CHOOSE CARFEULLY. Due to strict food handling regulations, we are unable to exchange products or accept returns unless there is a product fault. (http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/code/Pages/default.aspx)

If you receive a faulty product, please follow the below steps, so we can rectify the issue:

  • WITIHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE GOODS: Contact us on (02) 9526 6770 or info@ninaschocolates.com.au. Claims after 3 days will not be processed. 
  • Confirm the product fault by sending us a photo of the faulty product & attach proof of purchase. If you are asked to return the product, it must be returned in the condition it arrived, unopened in the original packaging. 
  • Once we confirm that is  a product fault & we have received the product back (if appicable), we will replace or refund the product. 

 

Damaged or Lost Products

We use Australia post and third party couriers. Damaged or Lost products by Auspost or the couriers, do not count as a “Product Fault” but in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us in regards to the issue and we will assist you in locating the product or working out what went wrong. 

Nina’s Chocolates holds no responsibility for damaged or lost products by Auspost or the couriers, but will assess case by case if we believe we could have handled packaging or delivery better. 

HOT WEATHER POLICY: Nina's Chocolates are packaged in a hot weather protected cover. Further to this, we will assess the weather on day of sending and will advise you if any of the below apply:

  • Hold on to a delivery for an extended period of time to ship it on a more temperature friendly day
  • Offer a pick up solution if we feel it is impossible to send (We are located in Gymea in the Sutherland Shire, South Sydney).
  • Send the product with your approval with as much heat resistant packaging as possible
